You know exactly where every recording lives, because you are the one who uploaded them. So you start pasting. Link one, week one. Link two, week two. Each one points at a file with a name like FINAL_v3.mp4, and each one lands in the chat as its own little gray rectangle. Somewhere around link nine, a small doubt settles in. How many people are really going to open all twelve of these, one at a time, in the right order? That is the moment a playlist was made for. A playlist gives the whole series one home. You open Playlists in the media area, start a new one, and give it a name a person would actually recognize, like Spring 2026: Grace. You can add a short description so the context travels with it. Then you pull in the recordings from your media library, and here is the quiet gift: audio belongs right alongside video. The midweek teaching track can sit next to week four's sermon, and nobody has to go hunting in two places. Each recording you add becomes part of an ordered set, and you decide the order. Move the pieces around until the lineup matches the way the series actually unfolded. Every item can carry a friendly title, the name a viewer sees. You type "Week 3: Grace," and that is what shows up. The file gets to keep its own awkward name in private, where it belongs, and the series reads like a series to everyone else. None of this has to go out before you are ready. A new playlist stays unpublished while you arrange, rename, and second-guess yourself in peace. When the set finally feels right, you publish it and it goes live.
