The problem

Disconnected tools move complexity into your workflows.

We sat in meetings with church administrators and operations teams and these four sentences came up in every single one, almost verbatim.

01
Disconnected data
"I can't tell you how many people gave for the first time last month without joining three spreadsheets."
Finance Director of Finance
3-campus, 4,200 members
02
Tool sprawl
"My check-in team is on a different system than my groups team. Sunday morning is a tab-management exercise."
Head of Admin
2-campus, 4,800 members
03
Manual Workflows
"Travel logistics is a real pain, more so when you need to plan hotel, flights, transportation etc for a group of Guests or Ministers."
Guest Experience Team Lead
10-campus, 10,952 members
04
Campus drift
"Digital asset management is challenging. When life happens and people move, they move with their Google drive too."
Director of IT

The platform

Four pillars. One platform.

Breadth shouldn't feel overwhelming. We group every Cendance module into four pillars that mirror how a multi-campus team actually work.

Questions

The six we get most.

Still curious? We host an open office hour every Thursday at 1pm CT — no sales pitch, just product.

Join the next one
Can we set up multi-campus with different leadership structures?

Yes. On the Vine and Olive plans each campus can run its own services, schedules, funds, and approval chains while still rolling up to a consolidated view.

Can we change our plan after signup?

Absolutely. Just navigate to billing, choose the new desired plans, we'd grant credits during downgrades or prorate for upgrades.

What does support actually look like? What's the SLA?

Every plan includes email and chat support with a 4-business-hour first response. Vine adds migration help; Olive adds deeper implementation guidance.

What happens if we exhaust our limits?

Nothing, really! - Your account will not be disabled, your data will not be deleted. You'll get an email as you approach limits, you can upgrade or stay on a pay-as-you-go for overages.

Do you support custom roles and approval workflows?

Roles are fully custom by ministry, campus, or function. Workflows support dual-control, sequenced approvals, and conditional branches.

Can we keep our current giving processor?

In most cases, yes. We integrate with Stripe, Adyen, and most ACH originators. Switching keeps recurring schedules intact.
