File manager

The whole library in one searchable place: sermon recordings, worship audio, graphics, and photos, organized into folders your team actually recognizes. Search by name, filter by type or source, and preview a file without downloading it first. Tags, descriptions, and custom properties travel with every file, so the newest volunteer finds Sunday's assets as quickly as the person who added them, and nothing important lives on a personal drive or in a chat thread again.

Albums

Turn Sunday's photos into collections the whole church can browse, not a folder that dies on the camera operator's laptop. Build an album from the library, choose whether it is public or password protected, and decide if people can comment and download. Members open it in the Eden app, tap through the slideshow, and leave a word under the photo of their kid's dedication; everyone relives the moment, not just whoever ran the camera.

Playlists

Ordered media for series and seasons: line up the Rooted series once and it is there week one through week six, exactly as it was preached. Drag messages into the order you want, choose the access settings, and publish one link to a player anyone can open. When a new member asks where to start, you hand them the series instead of a loose stack of files, and they can catch up long after the last week ends.

Sermons

Every message published properly: video, audio, and notes together on one page, with the speaker, scripture, and topics attached. Publish once and it is live in the Eden member app and on a link anyone can open, or keep a message for members only when that is the right call. Sunday's sermon stops living in a folder called Final_v3, and the person who missed a week knows exactly where to find it.

Video, audio, notes. Attach the recording, the audio, and the notes or resources to one message.
Speaker and scripture. Every sermon carries its speaker, scripture references, and topics.
Public or members. Open a message to anyone or keep it for signed-in members, your call.

Asset intelligence

Recordings get transcripts, and a transcript changes what the library can do: captions appear in the player, the text follows along as a message plays, and a click on any line jumps playback to that moment. AI carries the labeling nobody gets to: tags land on their own, and titles and descriptions arrive as suggestions you accept, edit, or dismiss. Years of teaching stop being hours of video no one can search.

Transcripts and captions. Recordings are transcribed, and the same text powers closed captions in the player.
Click to the moment. Select any line of a transcript and playback jumps straight there.
Titles, tags, descriptions. Tags are added for you and badged as AI; titles and descriptions stay suggestions until you accept or edit them.

How do we get years of files into Media?

Drag them in: single files or whole folders upload while you keep working, and large recordings are fine. Add tags and custom properties as they arrive so everything lands organized, and paste YouTube links to bring those videos into the same library.

What do our members experience?

Albums and sermons meet members in the Eden app: they browse photos, watch or listen to messages, and like, comment, and download where the album allows it. The rest of the library stays behind the scenes until you publish something.

Who can see what is in our library?

Access is deny-by-default: staff see only what their role grants, and folders can be shared with exactly the people who need them. What goes public is your call, albums can be open or password protected, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

What does Media cost?

Do automations cost extra?
