Email campaigns

Write it once in the full-page composer, then point it at an audience you already keep current: a segment, a group, a campus, a household, one person, or the whole church. The list-export shuffle between your directory and a separate email tool simply stops. Check the recipient estimate, land a test in your own inbox first, then watch sent and failed counts settle as delivery happens, with every campaign kept in one history.

Yes. Forward your existing address into a Connect inbox, invite the right teammates, and assign conversations. Shared history, tags, and live teammate activity keep everyone working from the same conversation.

How do we get started with Connect?

There is no mailing list to import: Connect sends to the people already in Cendance People, through segments, groups, campuses, and households. If your community is not in People yet, the guided importer brings your spreadsheet in first, and Connect can send the moment they land.

What do members actually see?

Everything lands in Eden, the member app: posts the day they publish, plus events, groups, giving, forms, and check-in in one place. Members who live in their inbox are covered too; a post can go out as an email at the same time.

Who can send to the whole church?

Only the staff you allow. Access is deny-by-default: people see and send only what their role grants, down to individual areas of the product, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with our security practices documented on the trust page.

What does Connect cost?

Do automations cost extra?
