Is there a free trial?
14 days, fully featured, with a card required up front. We seed your trial with sample data on request so you can demo internally before importing real records.
What happens if we exhaust our limits?
Nothing drastic. Your account is not disabled and your data is not deleted. We email you as you approach a limit, and you can upgrade or pay as you go for overages.
How do cancellation and data export work?
Cancel any time from settings. A full CSV and JSON export of every record is included on every plan. Your data is yours. We retain backups for 30 days, then purge them.
Annual vs monthly: which should we pick?
Annual saves ~15% and locks pricing for 24 months from any future increases. Monthly is month-to-month, no commitment. You can switch either way at any renewal.
Discounts for plants, missions, or denominations?
Yes. Plant pricing is Seed-tier for 18 months on plants under 100 people. Mission orgs and denominational HQs get custom plans. Talk to us.
How is “storage” counted?
Storage counts the files you upload into Cendance: video, images, audio, and documents, plus any copies media processing creates, like the SD, HD, and 4K versions of a video.
Do you work with international currencies?
Yes. USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD natively. Per-campus currencies on Olive, useful for missions and multi-country denominations.
What about taxes and receipts?
We are building year-end giving statements that generate automatically: IRS-compliant statements (US), Gift Aid summaries (UK), and CRA T3010 support (Canada). Keep an eye on our changelog.
