CendanceConnect

Answer your church's email together.

Bring your church's email into Connect. Assign conversations, coordinate replies, and keep the person and conversation history in view.

A shared inbox with conversations assigned to teammates. Grace asks about visiting on Sunday, Ada is handling the conversation, and Joseph is viewing it. The reply composer supports formatted text and images.

Inbox and collaboration

Make the next step clear.

Keep the handoff inside the conversation. The next teammate can read the full email thread and see who is already working on it.

  • Assignments. Give a conversation an owner and keep unassigned work in view.
  • Shared tags. Tag conversations so the next teammate can see what needs attention.
  • Live activity. See when another teammate is viewing or typing in the conversation.

Keep the person in the picture.

Match an email address to a People profile and keep the conversation connected to the person. Give each inbox the members and campus access it needs.

  • People context. Link conversations to the same People records your team already uses.
  • Inbox membership. Choose who can read, respond, or manage each inbox.
  • Campus inboxes. Keep campus conversations with the team that has access to that campus.

Come back at the right time.

Snooze a conversation until you can act on it and configure reminders for conversations waiting on a response. Resolve it when the work is done.

  • Snooze. Bring a conversation back tomorrow, next Monday, or next Sunday.
  • Waiting reminders. Get a reminder when a conversation still needs an answer.
  • Reopen on reply. Choose whether a new incoming reply reopens a resolved conversation.

Give Esther the answers you trust.

Keep your inbox's answers up to date and let Esther suggest a reply. Read the draft, make your changes, and send it when it is ready.

  • Inbox knowledge. Maintain the answers Esther can use for this inbox.
  • Review first. New inboxes start with suggestions for a teammate to review.
  • Optional automatic replies. Enable automatic replies for eligible messages using approved answers, with sensitive conversations left for your team.

Asked and answered.

Do we need a new email address?

No. Connect the address your church already uses and set up forwarding at your email provider. Incoming email then appears in your shared inbox.

Do we need to verify a sending domain first?

You can start replying with the default Cendance sender. When you have a valid sending domain, replies use it. Reply-To points to your church's inbox address.

Who can read and reply to an inbox?

Inbox membership controls access. Viewers can read, responders can handle conversations, and managers can administer the inbox. Campus inboxes also require access to that campus.

Can we format replies and include images?

Yes. New emails and replies support bold, italic, underline, lists, links, and inline images, along with file attachments.

Will Esther send replies without our review?

New inboxes start with suggestions. Automatic replies are optional and require approved answers and an eligible incoming message. Sensitive conversations stay with your team.
