Every gift counted, every decision on record.
Sunday's gifts land on one ledger, the week's spending arrives with receipts attached, and every request waits in one approvals desk instead of someone's inbox. By the time the board asks, budget versus actual is a page you open, and the annual return is a statement you generate, not a spreadsheet you rebuild.
Built for finance teams, treasurers, bookkeepers, and the executive pastor who signs off.
The week, start to finish.
Every gift lands on one ledger.
Online gifts from your giving page land beside the cash and checks your team records by hand, each split by fund as it arrives. The Monday count stops meaning three exports stitched together: filter the ledger by month, status, or payment method, and what came in this week is just there.
- One ledger. Online, cash, check, card, and transfer gifts sit side by side, each with its fund, status, and memo.
- Fund targets. Give a fund a goal and dates, then watch raised totals and whether it is on pace to get there.
- Recurring in Eden. Members set up a monthly gift once, then manage or cancel it themselves from the member app.
See it with your own ministry, not a demo dataset.
More for the Finance team.
Shareable giving page
Your church gets a giving link anyone can open, plus a branded QR code ready for the screen or the bulletin.
Giver-covered fees
Givers can choose to add the processing fee at checkout, so the gift arrives whole.
Manual giving methods
Share bank transfer details for people who give directly, set once for the whole church with per-campus overrides.
Known givers
When the giver is known, the gift ties to their People record, so a giver's whole story is one search away.
Giving automations
A first gift can open a follow-up, a lapsed giver can create a task for the team, and a gift can send a templated thank-you on its own.
Board-ready exports
The expense report exports as a clean document, ready for the board pack.
Asked and answered.
How do we start taking gifts online?
A guided setup in settings connects your payout account through Stripe, you add your funds, and your giving page is ready to share. Gifts you already receive by cash, check, or bank transfer go on the same ledger by hand, so Finance is useful from the first week.
Can a recorded gift be changed quietly?
No. A locked gift cannot be edited at all; it reopens only through an unlock request that is decided in the same approvals desk as everything else, and the decision stays on the request, so closed records stay closed and nothing changes without a name on it.
What does this cost?
The finance team's week lives in Cendance Finance, which comes with a paid Cendance plan. Start free with People and add Finance when you are ready.
Your Sunday prep in one place.
Start free with People, and add products when you are ready. Bring one campus, bring all of them. Migration from your current stack is included on Vine and Olive.
