Yes. The guided importer takes a spreadsheet from your current system, lets you match your columns to Cendance fields, and shows you exactly what will land. You review everything before it goes in, and households can be linked from each record once your people are home.
Do we have to change membership levels by hand?
You can, it is one field on the record, but you do not have to: an automation can move someone when a milestone lands, such as a fifth check-in, and a level change can itself start a welcome email or a follow-up.
