Yes. One manifest holds the principal, spouse, children, staff, security, and guests, each attached to their travel legs, with ground transport and lodging held beside them, so the party moves as one plan.
How do forwarded bookings become part of the trip?
Every trip has its own email address. Forward an airline or hotel confirmation to it and it lands on the trip as an import. Travellers it recognizes join the manifest straight away, and anything it is not sure about is flagged for your review.
