Shoot Sunday once. Share it all week.
Your team captures the service; Cendance carries it the rest of the way. Upload the recording, cut the week's clips in the Studio, and publish the sermon with its video, audio, and notes to the member app and a link anyone can open. Transcripts make every message searchable, so years of preaching are minutes away instead of lost on an editing laptop.
Built for videography teams, video editors, and the volunteer behind the camera every Sunday.
The week, start to finish.
Know the shoot before you arrive.
The Gather calendar already knows your week: every service and special event, planned for its campus, with a run sheet timed to the minute. You read the same sheet as the platform team, so you know when the message starts, who is speaking, and when the baptism happens before you frame a shot. No more learning about the second service from a hallway conversation.
- Services calendar. Every service and special event in one place, so you always know what you are filming next.
- Timed run sheet. Each segment carries a start and end time, so you know exactly when to roll.
- Service history. Past services stay on file with their run sheet, ready to check against the footage.
See it with your own ministry, not a demo dataset.

Preview in place
Play a recording in the library without downloading it first, even the long ones.
Folder-level access
Raw footage stays with the editors; decide exactly who can open each folder.
Custom properties
Your fields on every file: the service it came from, the campus, the editor who owns the cut.
Bulk actions
Move, favorite, or clear a whole batch of recordings in one pass instead of one by one.
Trash and restore
A wrong delete waits in the trash and comes back, so one click never loses a Sunday.
Space at a glance

Asked and answered.
Can we keep some messages for members only?
Yes. Each sermon publishes open to anyone or for signed-in members only. Publish it open and it is live in the Eden member app and on a link anyone can open; keep it members only and it stays with signed-in members in Eden.
Do we have to caption our videos by hand?
No. Recordings are transcribed, the same text powers closed captions in the player, and in the Studio you can burn captions into a clip before downloading the cut. Clicking any transcript line jumps playback to that moment.
What does this cost?
The videography workflow lives in Cendance Media, and the services calendar you shoot from lives in Gather; both come with a paid Cendance plan. Start free with People and add Media and Gather when you are ready.
Your Sunday prep in one place.
Start free with People, and add products when you are ready. Bring one campus, bring all of them. Migration from your current stack is included on Vine and Olive.
